The booking enquiry form found on the Bookings page collects contact information if visitors choose to volunteer it to us. This information isn't sent over a secure connection and as such experiences an extremely small risk of being intercepted by another internet user during transmission. We would like to assure our visitors that this information is of no use to interceptors, and we consider the danger of contacting us this way negligible, however, under no circumstances should you give out financial or payment details such as credit or debit card numbers using our booking form.
Once received by us, the contact details you provide via phone/enquiry form/email/post are protected from theft on our premises and stored only as long as they are needed, complying at all times with the rules outlined in the Data Protection Act. We will remove your details at any time if you request it.
